In 2009, Italian restaurant owner Giuseppe Colucci created a modified version of the traditional Margherita pizza and made its debut at Roscioli on New York’s Madison Avenue. This pizza was created by 11 chefs from New York City’s La Esquina and offered at an exclusive party for about one month in 2010. The menu for the event included a lamb burger, salmon tataki tacos, ceviche, and two varieties of fried chicken. The most expensive pizza, however, was the Bacon & Eggs pie. The pizza featured truffle-infused vodka sauce, fried quail eggs, and caviar. The cost for this meal of a lifetime was $1.8 million.

When someone mentions the word “pizza,” Vegas may not come to mind, but there are a few top-notch Italian restaurants in Sin City.
